Administration and care management services to seniors
Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions. These outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for using our services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms, ensuring a clear and transparent understanding of our working relationship. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
The provision of services will be agreed to in writing before commencement, with any changes such as stopping and re-starting of services to be confirmed in writing.
Any representations by Third Age Solutions® on behalf of a client or his/her attorney will be carried out in a timely and professional manner, and will at all times ensure the interest of the client is paramount.
The client or his/her attorney will provide all necessary information to enable Third Age Solutions® to undertake or perform the agreed services.
A full, monthly report will be supplied by Third Age Solution® together with a GST tax invoice for services provided in the preceding month. This may include usual disbursements incurred such as photocopying, printing, toll calls and courier charges. Motor vehicle travel will be charged at the prevailing Government Public Service rate.
There will be no fee for the initial consultation.
Invoices to be paid within 7 days. A penalty interest rate of 12% pa may be charged on any outstanding amounts, together with all costs of recovery incurred by Third Age Solutions Limited.
