Marie and Ian are in their 70s and have found it too difficult to get on board with all the new technology. They feel unsure about the risks after hearing of people being spammed and money being taken out of their accounts, so they have been reluctant to get onto the internet. Unfortunately they now find everyday things they used to be able to do in person, now requires them to go to a website, like organising tickets to their favourite show or booking flights to see the grandchildren.
