Third Age Solutions® provides support to navigate a way through those changes and to get back on track. They will also assist with any documentation required such as with listing a property for sale or applying for subsidies.

Preparation of home and section for viewing
Assist with completion of rest-home subsidy applications
Prepare checklist for moving
Prepare database of key contacts and communicate change of address
Help to establish new transport options if you no longer have a drivers licence
